Hey friends! This is a really really special episode. It is NEDA Week (National Eating Disorder Awareness), so Abbi thought there was no better time to share her personal story with anorexia and mental illness. Hello again! We are right in the thick of moving out of our house and down to Tennessee but we wanted to get another recording in before we left!
