Depression is a serious disorder that affects 40 million people.  If you think that you may be depressed, please know that you are not alone and that there is help out there.  You don't have to live in darkness any longer and you can reclaim your joy.  I know because several years ago, I suffered from depression but I got help and got healed.

 	Feeling sad, empty, anxious
 	Feeling helpless, worthless, guilt
 	Irritability
 	Less interest in activities
 	Changes in appetite

When you think of the term - "self-discipline"  do you associate it with forced behavior or an act of love?

Normally, when you hear the words “self-discipline,” we associate it with feelings of dread because we think of it as a “forced behavior.”  Where we are making ourselves to do things that we don’t want to do or we are giving up things that we really want.

However, if you stop viewing self-discipline as a form of punishment, but instead as an act of self-love, then you may find that doing those things that are usually forced will actually become a pleasure.
