In today's episode we start by chatting with Ryan Collins of MFCC, who gives us updates for tautog fishing in Falmouth and late-season stripers inside Cape Cod Bay. Thanksgiving Cape Cod Fishing Report

In today's report Ryan Collins of MFCC) tells us about the success he's having with tautog and black sea bass from his kayak. He also fills us in on the shore-based striper bite from the beaches and at the Cape Cod Canal. Ian Bragdon (Pro Staff Capt for The Goose Hummock) updates us on striped bass inside Cape Cod Bay & off the Backside Beaches. "Gator" blues are also still around, and freshwater bite is picking up! Ian finishes our convo by explaining differences and pros/cons of trolling vs casting for school blue fin when they are feeding on butter fish. Bruno Demir (MFCC member and owner of Cape & Islands Mitsubishi) gives his report on bluefin tuna east of Chatham. The Fall Run Has Begun! September 22nd Report

In today's podcast we speak with Ryan Collins of My Fishing Cape Cod who is fresh off the most epic morning of striper surfcasting he's experienced all year long. Ryan also updates us on "the week that was" around MFCC, including albie fishing from shore and the kayak, as well as an update about openings on group fishing trips for bluefin tuna.
Next up is Sam Mullen from the Goose Hummock Shop in Orleans. Sam reports that the backside beaches have been on fire from shore with stripers and some blues mixed in. According to Sam the albie bite is on, but the fish can be finicky as they are feeding on silversides and peanut bunker. Sam also provides us with a post-Labor Day canyons report, as well as updated store hours for the Goose Hummock.
We cap off today's podcast by having a conversation with Bruno Demir of Cape & Islands Mitsubishi. Bruno provides us with a bluefin tuna report for east of the Cape, plus a funny fish report for Nantucket Sound. In today's podcast fishing report we discuss everything from tunas blitzing on pogies to catching fluke from shore. We start things off with MFCC founder and creator Ryan Collins who was on the water in Cape Cod Bay when we spoke. Ryan fills us in on what he's been encountering in the bay as well as south of Martha's Vineyard. In addition, Ryan summarizes some of the reports being shared inside the MFCC forum for the canal and elsewhere around the Upper Cape. Next up is Sam Mullen from the Goose Hummock Shop who also touches upon the deepwater Cape Cod Bay bass bite. In addition, Sam enlightens us on the Outer Cape surfcasting bite, as well as the action up at Provincetown. According to Sam, black sea bass are also still being caught in Nantucket Sound and lots of people are coming into the shop to get ready for the offshore tuna bite. We finish today's podcast with a call to My Fishing Cape Cod member Bruno Demir of Cape & Islands Mitsubishi. Bruno has been fishing a lot aboard his 26' Downeast boat the Gaviota and he's been having good luck with stripers and bluefish of up to 36 inches in Nantucket Sound.  According to Bruno the fluke bite southeast of Cape Cod is heating up, but the tuna fishing remains quiet - however that could change any day now.
