A Habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously. 
Brush your teeth with the opposite hand…it helps with creativity flow and habits!
 
Getting healthy and changing habits to create more wellness and isn’t easy or fun. 
Sometimes we don’t want to know, but it starts a new way of being. 
Our beds are only for sex and sleep….ouch
 
Lynn comes prepared to share how to change habits that stick!
