In light of the basketball team's success, Auburn fans shouldn't be so quick to dismiss an Auburn football team that plays its heart out and could give Alabama a run for its money.

Don't bail on Auburn football just yet. Yes, the basketball team's excellence is making them look silly, but if Auburn fired Malzahn today, who would they get? And how might recruiting and continuity suffer if that were it happen? The Dog Episode

Just when Auburn's bowl eligibility seemed out of reach, Gus Malzahn rallied the troops and walked out of Oxford with the Tigers' fifth win of the 2018 season. Now, with just a bye week separating Auburn from the final stretch of its schedule, the team will have some momentum to build on looking ahead.

The Bounce Back

Another week, another loss as Auburn tumbles into a 2008-esque abyss. As Auburn continues to sink lower and lower from its expected success, Bobby and Matt voice the concern of most Auburn fans: should this be Gus Malzahn's last season at Auburn? Even if he does come back, the product on the field must improve drastically from what we've all seen the past four weeks. It's certainly not worth $7 million a year.

Emotional Vomit

In the most somber episode to date, the guys dive into the cavalcade of mistakes and questionable calls that led to Auburn's disastrous loss to Mississippi State. With little to no chance of making a trip to Atlanta or the College Football Playoff, the question now is whether or not the Tigers can right the ship and finish strong.

Flashbacks to 2008

After a slightly improved but still lackluster performance from the offense, it's time to wonder if Auburn's 2018 season will be defined by the ability of its elite defense. With the grind of the SEC schedule ahead of them, it's too late for Auburn's offense to keep experimenting. Time to make it work.

Stop Freaking Out, Auburn Fans

In what turned out to be the best game of Week 1 in college football, Auburn gutted out a 21-16 win over 6th-ranked Washington. Getting significant contributions from a defensive unit that continuously proves itself to be elite and a future first-rounder at quarterback, the Tigers were able to overcome a multitude of mistakes (12 penalties come to mind) and notch a win in the first of its three biggest games. If Saturday was any indication, Auburn has elevated itself to the level of national title contender. Next up is Alabama State.
