For this episode, I’m joined by Dale Donchey, owner and head hooligan of Spiller Park Coffee, as well as Chandler Johnston, one Spiller Park’s managers and overseer of their kitchen. We got together at Spiller Park’s second location in Toco Hills, just after Saturday night service ended. Dale has had a long, celebrated career in Atlanta’s coffee scene and Chandler has her hands full navigating a unique kitchen environment, as well as dealing with Dale.
