Ana explores one of Thomas Edison's lesser known creations: the Phonograph Doll. Talking toys are nothing new to those of us in the 21st century, but the phonograph doll was one of the first attempts at making a talking children's toy. Needless to say, it's creepy. it's heavy, and it's expensive, so it's no wonder that this was a flopped invention.
